Walk through the nationally renowned Chrysler Museum of Art, take a boat tour through the beautiful Norfolk Botanical Garden. Meet all sorts of exotic animals at the Virginia Zoo or pet a shark at the national maritime museum, NAUTICUS!
End the day with a delicious meal at one of Norfolk's chef-owned restaurants like Vintage Kitchen, Bodega on Granby, 456 FISH, No Frill Grill, or Press 626 Cafe & Wine Bar. A show at The NorVA, Virginia Opera or Virginia Symphony
Day 2:
Before you depart for another day of fun, pack a basket of cheese, fruit and crackers, as they'll go well with what awaits! Walk or catch the NET, Norfolk's free transportation system, to the downtown waterfront, where there's always something going on.
Day 3:
Round out your getaway with another awesome day of play. Learn to sail, take a harbor cruise on the tall ship American Rover or play a round of golf at one of our three beautiful courses!
